District 4 includes the communities of Cole Harbour, Westphal, Lake Major, Cherry Brook and Lake Loon as of the date of the NSUARB decision of December 20, 2011. Commencing at the intersection of Main St/Highway 7 and Forest Hills Parkway, the boundary continues southerly following the community boundaries between Cole Harbour and Dartmouth to Morris Lake. The boundary then follows the community boundary between Eastern Passage and Cole Harbour following behind Caldwell Rd and associated streets to the community boundary between Cole Harbour and Cow Bay below Bissett Lake and continues across country following the community boundary of Cole Harbour/Cow Bay out into the water body of Cole Harbour. From that point the boundary line extends north to the intersection of Ross Rd and Cole Harbour Rd/Lawrencetown Rd where it continues northerly along the eastern boundary of the community of Westphal, east of Ross Rd. Immediately north of Salmon River Dr, the boundary follows the water body of Little Salmon River as it continues northerly until the intersection with Lake Major Rd. The boundary then follows the current community boundary between North Preston and Lake Major. The boundary continues north\westerly along the Lake Loon community boundary returning to the intersection of Main St./Highway 7 and the Forest Hills Parkway.
